AUTUMN/WINTER TREKS

From November to the end of March

Raven Hall Hotel

 Come and trek at Ravenscar and enjoy the majestic views over Robin Hood’s Bay. During the trek we stop for warming mulled wine and tasty home made nibbles, giving you an invigorating glow on the chillier days of winter.

Approximately two and a half hours before lunch. 

The price includes a two course lunch in Raven Hall Hotel at the end of the trek.

£44.00/person incl. of lunch,

Reductions for 6 or more. 

Drinks at the hotel not included.

Winter Warmer

 

This keenly priced group trek is part of our  “ten years of trekking” celebrations.  Trek for approx three hours, stopping in a       sheltered spot for wine, hot baked potatoes with a variety of  fillings, a home made cake, tea or coffee. 

£220.00 for group of six people

£400.00 for twelve people  .

Premier Champagne

A trek for your special occasion. A four course meal with fine food and just two people sharing a llama. Each couple have their own half bottle of selected champagne or wine if preferred.      £139/couple or £74/person

Tiffin Trek

A superb four hour trek with white wine, a baguette bursting with meat and salad, followed by a home made cake. Tea or coffee. £43/person

Special Interest Treks

Enthusiastic guides & Tiffin trek menu.  Topics such as    Smuggling, the National Park, Dinosaur/Fossils, Environment and Farming. All 4  to 5  hours  £49/person

Treks with The National Trust

Explore Roseberry Topping and other areas owned by the Trust with their Warden.

Winter Talks

‘Why Llamas and Llama Trekking?’ In the winter we visit clubs and other organisations to give talks .            A llama comes too!

Llama Husbandry & Training Days

For interested owners to learn the   basic skills of llama training and      husbandry.   Please ask for details.

Designer TreksInvite your friends and family, form your own group, choose your own menu and trek in a favourite place for a surprise gift, an unusual birthday present, a unique    wedding present or make any day a special day. Perhaps request an expert guide or end with an evening meal at a pub or hotel. Please ring for a quote, we will be happy to help arrange your day.Glaisdale Short Break TreksIdeal corporate team building event or just great fun for a group of friends.  You bring the group (8 –12 people) and we will arrange everything else, including quality B&B accommodation and a Ranger guide to explain the secrets of this magnificent area. These three day treks are for those who enjoy more challenging walks.
How to Book a TrekALL TREKS MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCETreks can be booked with a minimum of three days notice, providing there are places.   We like to take at least eight   people to form a friendly, memorable trek so we merge       singles, couples or families with others as they book.Whilst our treks are not arduous customers must be able to walk five miles on uneven and hilly ground.  If in doubt please call to see how we can help.Treks are more suitable for children aged 10+ and must be accompanied by an adult.Please phone 01723 871234 to book, arrange dates, trek type, vegetarian preferences, etc.  We accept all major debit/credit cards.  Please make cheques payable to B.
