We have enjoyed taking customers Llama Trekking since April 1994 Welcome to the 2008 range of treks! Come and join us on a trek through wonderful Nottinghamshire countryside, our llamas will carry everything you need for the day. Your cares will melt away in our llamas’ gentle and elegant company. They are intelligent animals who quickly bond with their Michi (Llama handler). Llamas are thoroughly absorbing with large eyes and oversized eyelashes, an unusual gait and highly individual personalities. They are great wildlife spotters too! All of our treks include home prepared, top quality meals using as much fresh local produce as possible. As we used to farm in Norfolk, we are proud of quality local English produce. During the seasons we will include in our menus ~ asparagus, strawberries, raspberries, Bramley apples, etc. Experience a walk with these calming, delightful animals, choosing from one of the treks on this page. Treks are suitable for 8 to 88 year olds. |

Call us to arrange a trek date! We need just eight people to book either as singles, couples or groups and we will trek. TREKS ARE IN VARIOUS AREAS OF NOTTINGHAMSHIRE Premier Champagne Trek ~ for that special occasion with a sumptuous four course meal. Including a starter,home-made meat pie with bread roll and three salads, individual desserts, cheese and biscuits, followed by tea or coffee. Each couple has their own half bottle of selected champagne and a llama to lead. £155.00/couple or £87.00/person Tiffin Trek Always the most popular, our Tiffin trek takes four hours and includes ~ white wine, a baguette absolutely bursting with meat and salad filling, followed by home-made cake. Trent University, has invited us to trek across their land near Southwell. Many of their courses are about the environment and they are proud of the wildlife that is seen on their land. Rare Longhorn cattle are now used to graze the forest, just as they did hundreds of years ago, helping to encourage more birds that prefer open woodland. Designer Treks - Ideal for a corporate team building event or just great fun for a group of friends, you organise the group we will arrange everything else. Choose your own menu and trek in a favourite area. A surprise gift, an unusual birthday present, a unique wedding present or make any day a special day. Perhaps request an expert guide or end with an evening meal at a pub or hotel. How to Book a Trek ~ Please read carefully. Treks can be booked with a minimum of five days notice,providing there are places! We like to take at least eight people to form a friendly, memorable trek so we merge singles, couples, or families with others as they book. Whilst our treks are not arduous, customers must be able to walk four to five miles on uneven and sometimes hilly ground. If in doubt please call to see how we can help. You should wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear. Treks are possible for children aged 8+ (except Rufford where it is 5yrs+) and they must be accompanied by an adult. Children of 8 to 14years receive a 20% discount. The sample trek menus shown, may vary. VEGETARIANS catered for if requested when booking.
